I recently stayed at Melia in the center of town for a few nights. The hotel was immaculately clean and my upgraded room was spacious and bright, offering the best view in the city. The location was convenient, with a shopping complex next door and taxis readily available. The breakfast had plenty of options and the indoor/outdoor pool was a nice touch. Despite the staff's limited English, they were extremely friendly and always willing to assist. For the price we paid, this 5-star hotel was exceptional compared to others in Vietnam.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making me feel extremely welcome. The breakfast spread was fresh, healthy, and offered a wide variety of choices. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to local sights and markets. The rooms were comfortable and cool, complete with a lovely balcony. The hotel also had a fantastic pool where I enjoyed delicious cocktails. The value for money was exceptional, with the hotel offering a clean environment, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The hotel had a mall connected to it, providing everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, and both the gym and pool were top-notch. The view from the hotel room and sky bar was beautiful. my stay at this hotel was jaw-droppingly amazing and I highly recommend it to others. This review will be further detailed on our blog.

The hotel was luxurious with excellent facilities, including a heated pool, gym, and skybar with stunning mountain views. The room was clean and the breakfast was sumptuous with a variety of choices. The staff was polite and helpful, making our stay very comfortable.

Absolutely nothing.

During my Christmas stay in Ha Tinh, I found the hotel to be well-equipped with great amenities such as two swimming pools and a sky bar. the hotel's central location on the main roundabout was a great advantage, making it easy to explore the town. the breakfast spread had a range of International and local options, making it enjoyable.

Some of the staff was not adequately trained, particularly on bar services and cooking western food. the infinity pool was drained, and the sauna and steam room were not available.

Loved the 24-hour security, I felt like a celebrity. The concierge made me feel important, and the complimentary WiFi allowed me to post fabulous pictures of my stay. The outdoor pool and fitness center helped me work off all those extra desserts.

The designated smoking areas were so cozy, I almost forgot I was killing myself slowly.

This hotel is located in a prime location and has exceptional amenities. the staff are attentive and friendly. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are luxurious, as well as the spa and wellness center where I enjoyed a full body massage and beauty treatment. the restaurant serves a variety of international and local dishes, and the bar offers great cocktails. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and fulfilled all my needs.

I encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in my colleague's room that blew air directly onto the bed, causing him to catch a cold. the staff was prompt in changing the room, and the issue was resolved quickly.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The hotel has a great design and the staff is kind and welcoming. The view from the rooftop bar is fantastic and the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city. The heated pool is also a plus.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved as noises from neighboring rooms are audible.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with fantastic views and a comfortable room. The staff was amazing and made me feel warmly welcomed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The pool was also heated, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the bar didn't have tonic water, but I was able to buy some from a nearby shop. Despite this, I highly recommend staying at this excellent hotel. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

Next door is a cinema inside the mall, which is a good alternative when the rains are heavy. the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with fast and sufficient hot water. the breakfast has a variety of Western and Asian food choices, and facilities like the gym, pool, and room service are excellent.

The hotel bar doesn't serve tonic water, which is a small inconvenience for those who enjoy gin and tonic.
